To request a refund: Contact our support team at support@top10hosting.com with your account email and request reason. Refunds typically process within 5-7 business days.
Billing & Payment

- ✓Invoice: Sent automatically upon purchase and renewal to your account email.

- ✓Failed payments: We'll retry up to 3 times over 5 days. Account suspension after 30 days overdue.

Cancellation & Downgrade
Cancel or downgrade your plan anytime from your account dashboard. No penalties, no long-term contracts.
- • Effective immediately: Service stops at end of billing period.
- • Data retained: We keep backups for 30 days after cancellation for recovery.
- • Prorated refunds: If you downgrade mid-cycle, you'll receive credit toward your next bill.

Refund Limitations
The 30-day guarantee applies with these limited exceptions:
- • Refunds are available within 30 days of initial signup only.
- • If domain registration fees were charged, those are handled per domain registrar policy (typically non-refundable).
- • Abuse or terms-of-service violations may void refund eligibility.
Plan Upgrades & Features
Upgrade anytime. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the difference between plans. For example, if you upgrade mid-month, you'll pay the difference for the remaining days.
Data & Backups
- • Professional+ plans: Daily automated backups included.
- • Starter plan: Manual backups available, not automatic.
- • Data retention after cancellation: 30 days, then permanently deleted.
- • Backup recovery: Handled by support team, typically restored within 24 hours.
