5. Uptime and Performance

We maintain a 99.9% uptime guarantee for our Professional and Enterprise plans. This means your website should be accessible 99.9% of the time, excluding scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Billing and Payment

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Billing occurs on the renewal date of your plan
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if unsatisfied
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service

7. Cancellation and Refunds
